- Is there a charge to download from Ringaza?
There are two ways to receive downloads from Ringaza:
1. Ringaza charges for a monthly Club subscription. Club charges are either $6.99 or $9.99 per month, depending on your carrier. The Club subscription includes 5 ringtone credits, 5 wallpaper credits and 2 text club credits per month for carriers and phones capable of downloading ringtones and wallpaper. For carriers and phones not capable of downloading ringtones and wallpaper, the Club subscription includes 4 text club credits per month. Your cell phone provider may charge you for receiving text messages and data transfers. Contact your wireless cell phone provider for details about your plan.
2. Purchase a download via a la carte. A one time purchase to download the item from Ringaza that you want. A la carte purchases are $2.99 per download.
- Do I need a credit card to use Ringaza?
No. For your convenience, Ringaza purchases are charged to your wireless bill, and will appear separately from your cell phone provider.s charges.
- Can I place an order with Ringaza if I have a prepaid phone?
Many prepaid phones will allow you to download items purchased from Ringaza. However, it is important that your prepaid phone model is supported by Ringaza and that you have text messaging and wireless Internet (if necessary) enabled on your phone. Some cell phone providers do not allow downloads to prepaid phones, so if you have any questions, it is best to check with your carrier BEFORE you purchase from Ringaza.
- How will I get the item I ordered from Ringaza?
For polyphonic ringtones, wallpaper, and games, Ringaza will send a text message to your cell phone containing a link and simple instructions to download your item. You will need to use your wireless Internet account such as M-Mode, MEdia Net, V-cast or T-Zones to download the item to your phone.
- I did not receive a text message to my phone after placing an order. What do I do?
If you have not received a text message from Ringaza after placing an order, please check the following: 1) Do you have text messaging enabled on your phone? You will need this to receive any item from Ringaza. 2) Do you have your wireless Internet account such as M-Mode, MEdia Net, V-cast, or T-Zones enabled? You will need this in order to download any polyphonic ringtone, wallpaper or game from Ringaza.

- Which cell phone providers does Ringaza support?
Currently we support AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless and Cellular One. However, not all cell phone providers (and not all phones) support all content.
- Does my phone need to support wireless Internet?
On most phones wireless Internet is usually enabled by default, however it is not necessary for customers getting only text alerts as these services do not require Internet access.
- Do I need to have text messaging on my phone to receive items from Ringaza?
Yes. Ringaza uses text messaging to send you the links you'll need to download your ringtones and wallpaper. It is also how we send you important messages regarding your purchases. Please note, Verizon phones must have picture messing capability in order to receive ringtones and wallpaper.
- The download worked, but I can't find it on my phone.
Your phone may not have enough memory to save a download. Deleting unused content, like ringtones and wallpaper, will free up memory. Also, on some phones you have to confirm saving a download in order to keep it. If you're unsure how your phone works in this regard, contact your cell phone provider for technical support. Finally, check all possible areas where your phone might save downloads. Such locations vary according to cell phone provider and phone model. - I forgot my password.
Go to the Login page and click the "Forgot Your Password?" link. Enter your cell phone number and we'll text you a new password immediately. Use that password to log in.
- Can I transfer my Ringaza downloads to another wireless device?
Currently it is not possible to do so through Ringaza.
- Can I buy a subscription for someone else?
Not at the moment. Gift subscriptions may become available in the future.
- When am I billed?
New subscriptions are billed immediately upon activation, then every 30 days after
- Am I charged for text messages?
No, Ringaza does not charge for text messages. However, your cell phone provider might. Please contact your wireless cell phone provider for details about your plan.
- What if I didn't use all of my monthly download credits?
Download credits are good only for the current month. Unused credits do not rollover.
- How do I cancel a subscription?
You may cancel a subscription using your phone. Send the keyword STOP to 75714 and then follow the instructions for unsubscribing. Alternatively, you can go to our Contact Us page.
- Will my downloads expire?
No. One of the benefits of buying content for your cell phone at Ringaza is everything you download is yours to keep as long as you want. Some cell phone providers who sell their own content put "expiration dates" on items like ringtones and wallpaper, and after a set number of weeks or months it's automatically deleted from your phone.
